Our Kickstart Scheme is an exciting opportunity for people claiming Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment. You will gain valuable paid work experience for six months and employability skills to help you after your journey with us ends.

 

Your new job:

This is the chance to come on board and be part of Internet Fusion's Customer Experience Team. The aim of which is to be 100% focused on the journey we take our customers on and strive to give the best possible experience. Our Customer Experience Team is made of strong, independent, passionate and focused individuals who love resolving any customer problem.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support the Customer Experience Team to provide a best in class service on all customer related queries
  • To understand that all emails and live chats are an opportunity to engage with our customers and work with them to deliver the best possible experience.
  • Coordinate with the team manager/supervisor and different departments to maintain an awesome customer experience.
  • Help the customer in providing accurate and detailed product information.
  • Represent our strong customer beliefs to organisations all over the world to ensure that if something has gone wrong, it is dealt with effectively and with the least customer impact.

 

What are we looking for?

  • A passion for customer experience and providing great customer service.
  • Crystal clear communication skills.
  • Able to use initiative to solve problems
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Ability to put yourself in the customers shoes
  • You thrive in a busy, challenging and exciting atmosphere.
  • A love for the Outdoors and/or fashion is advantageous.

An interest in the sites that we own and the products that we sell is advantageous.

Criteria to Apply:

  • Unemployed and in receipt of Universal Credit
  • Referred by your Jobcentre Work Coach
  • Be able to commit to the role for 6 months
