Did you hear the news? Our Performance Marketing team is growing and we’re looking for a Junior Retention Marketing Executive to join us in an exciting period of growth. Reporting into our Head of CRM, you’ll be someone who is keen to take the next step in their Performance Marketing career. This could be the job for you if…

 

  • You love variety and are looking for a job where no two days are the same – you’ll be working across all 11 of our e-commerce sites!

 

  • You’re a great content producer – you’ll be supporting the senior CRM team members and working with the creative team to produce email communications tailored to the relevant audience.

 

  • You’re keen to grow your knowledge and skills in all things CRM – you’ll be aware of emerging CRM trends and carry out research amongst different brands and industries

 

 

As a Junior Retention Marketing Executive, you’ll be a success if…

  • You will execute campaign briefing working with the Trade and Brand marketing teams.
  • You effectively test our emails - link checking and campaign rendering.
  • You will work to ensure successful dispatch of BAU emails, including subject line and preheader input, segment creation and assignment, and scheduling.
  • You carry out competitor analysis on email output for brands adjacent with IFG portfolio.
  • You report on email communications, across brand, trade, lifecycle, behavioural and transactional.
  • You monitor email list growth and drive initiatives to grow the database and reduce churn. 
  • You work with the Retention team to implement CRM initiatives and help deliver an integrated customer journey plan for the group.

The great stuff…

  • Experience within marketing (preferably email).
  • Experience working in a B2C eCommerce environment.
